| Data Back-up and Restore |
Before a computer can be rebuilt, data backup may be required if you wish to keep any data on the computer. We will charge hourly for this process so we recommend you do this yourself. If the computer is not able to boot up to an OS, that means we have to take the hard drive out of the computer to attempt to recover the data. If this is the case, we may have to take the hard drive to our facility to retrieve the data. The data will be returned in CD-R format and WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT ALL OR ANY
OF THE DATA WILL BE RECOVERED.
